Welcome to Papa's Pizzeria! The tasty new game from X2 and Papa John's Pizza!
Papa has opened his own pizzeria as everyone loves his pizza! But with great expectations come great responsibility - you must always make sure your customers are happy! Papa's pledge is to always deliver his customer's pizzas on time, otherwise they're free - and although Papa loves his peeps, Papa still runs a business!
Watch for the phone orders coming in on the right hand side of the screen. Once the order has arrived, Papa must deliver it before the time runs out; otherwise he has to pay for the Pizza! Tapping on the order note will show you what the customer would like on their pizza. Tapping the order again will begin making the pizza. To do this, you must apply sauce first (sauce NEVER comes after toppings!) by spreading the correct sauce on the pizza base - then it's time to SPIN! Slide your finger left or right to select the ingredient required by the customer, flick the pizza base to make it spin on the table, then flick the toppings from the ingredient boxes onto the spinning pizza for perfect coverage!
When the pizza is complete, just tap the oven icon in the top right hand side of the screen. This gets your pizza ready for delivery.
To deliver a pizza, simply click the delivery icon in the top left hand side of the screen - this will take you to the delivery screen. On the delivery screen, you have 3 options of delivery vehicle: Papa's scooter - very fast, but only carries one pizza, Papa's truck - still quite quick, but carries 2 pizzas and Papa's gondola - carries 3 pizza's, but at a very leisurely pace. Gondola's get there in their own time.
The pizza's that you have sent to the oven line up on the right hand side of the screen - their clocks still ticking! To send them to a vehicle simply drag the pizza boxes to the vehicle you'd like to use. Careful, though - once you've made your choice, you're stuck with it! The map shows where the orders are headed, so plan your routes carefully - especially when you're running out of time!
The vehicles will set either when they're full to capacity, or when you tap on them once you've loaded them up with an order. Once they're on their way, if you tap on the camera icon, you can watch their journey through the streets of little Italia!
Orders don't stop when delivery starts, though - you need to keep an eye on those orders coming in, otherwise you could get swamped! On the delivery screen, clicking the pizza oven icon in the top left of the screen will take you back to the pizza kitchen where you can fulfill more orders for your customers. You can also build more than one pizza at a time by selecting multiple orders at once. Swiping sideways just above the ingredient boxes swaps between the orders you're working on.
